Order Packing/Shipping Timeline

We aim to pack orders 24-96 hours after they are received.....

Once packed they are received by the Courier WEDNESDAYS and SUNDAYS, we DO NOT ship everyday.

Orders placed Saturday-Tuesday 12pm EST are packed and shipped by the following Wednesday, and orders placed Tuesday after 12pm EST-Friday are packed/shipped the following Sunday, at which point they will be picked up by the courier.

We DO NOT offer same/next day shipping.

$15 Flat rate shipping in Ontario.

$25 Flat rate shipping for the rest of Canada.

Free Shipping Canada wide on orders $175 and up.

Quality Control:

All items ordered are physically inspected to ensure that they are in perfect condition before leaving our warehouse.

Lost or Damaged Items

Butter Studio is not responsible for any loss or damages occurring during the shipping process. Should this occur, we will provide you with all of the information that you need to locate your package and provide all required documentation and information that the shipper requests from you. Once goods have been shipped you agree and understand that Butter Studio is not liable for any direct or indirect damages incurred subsequent to shipping your order.

Returns & Refunds

Return Window & Conditions

Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order and are subject to approval. Returns may be declined if they fall outside this window or do not meet our return conditions.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with all original tags attached. We cannot accept items showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, damage, stains, odours or any other indication that they are no longer in their original condition.

Items marked FINAL SALE at the time of purchase are not eligible for return, refund or exchange. Please review product descriptions carefully before completing your purchase.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is not complimentary. Once your return is approved, a return shipping label will be provided via email. The following return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund:

  • Ontario: $15

  • Rest of Canada: $25

For approved returns involving faulty, damaged or incorrect items, Butter Studio will cover the applicable return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

Please allow approximately 5–10 business days after your refund has been processed for the funds to appear in your account. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable, except where Butter Studio covers return shipping for an approved faulty, damaged or incorrect item.

Non-refundable items

All sale items are final sale. Earrings, Undergarments, Beauty and Personal Care items, Hats, Hair Accessories and Gift Cards are all final sale.
