Online orders are shipped Mondays and Thursdays. If your item is needed right away contact us and we'll do our best to meet your needs.
All shipments are sent via Canada Post. Shipping prices are quoted at checkout. Please visit the following page for more information on expected delivery times:
Shipping to USA and International
- Orders are sent and declared at the full purchase value.
- Canadian taxes do not apply to orders outside of Canada.
- Customers are responsible for any additional shipping fees (duties, customs, etc.)
All items ordered are physically inspected to ensure that they are in perfect condition before leaving our warehouse.
Lost or Damaged Items
Butter Studio is not responsible for any loss or damages occurring during the shipping process. Should this occur, we will provide you with all of the information that you need to locate your package and provide all required documentation and information that the shipper requests from you. Once goods have been shipped you agree and understand that Butter Studio is not liable for any direct or indirect damages incurred subsequent to shipping your order.
Regular priced merchandise
We will happily take back any regular priced, unworn goods with all original tags still attached within 14 days of receiving your package for a full refund.
In order to initiate the return process, please email email@example.com for a return authorization (RA) number. Unfortunately, deliveries cannot be accepted on returned parcels without an RA number.
Butter Studio is not responsible for return shipping costs including duties, customs, brokerage or any other charges.
All sale items are final sale. Masks, Earrings, Undergarments, Beauty and Personal Care items, Hair Accessories and Gift Cards are all final sale.
