All holiday gifts purchased between November 15 and December 24 are eligible for returns until January 17.
Please note the following:
- Items must be returned in original condition with tags on.
- Full and sale-priced items up to 50% off can be returned for a full refund by the purchaser.
- Clearance items 75% off and up are exchange only.
- Gift recipients can receive store credit.
- Return shipping costs are at the clientâs expense.
- Refunds must be made in the same form as the original payment.
- Hair accessories and lingerie items are final sale.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
